Our goal at HiQ Border Collies is to produce outstanding Border collies that have very good health, longevity, trainability, temperament and workability. Our dogs are our beloved pets first, competition companions second, and breeding dogs a distant third. All of our dogs are active members of our family and all compete and have earned titles. Our children (as young as 4 years old) even compete with our dogs!

HiQ Border Collies have been featured on Open Mike with Mike Bullard, Discovery, Dogs in Canada TV, Breakfast Television, Animal Magnetism, Top Dogs, Ultimate Dog and many other shows. They also have been featured in Fido ads, Dogs in Canada Magazine, Dog Sports Magazine, and many newspapers and calendars.

We are always excited about our planned breedings. We go to a great deal of trouble to pick the ideal parents to produce what we feel will be the absolute best puppies! We do have puppies available from time to time, but recommend reserving a puppy as early as possible.  All of our puppies are raised in the house with children and are handled by everyone. 

Border collies are not the dogs for everyone, but for those that are “Border collie people” we are pleased to offer what we feel are the best Border collies anywhere! Please see our Frequently Asked Questions page for more information.
